I can relate to your journey, because mine was kinda similar. I was never overly confrontational, but I definitely had anger management issues in my 20s. Though over time, as I got to know myself better and accepted my needs and prioritized them, and took care of myself along with others, things changed dramatically for me. Which is why, though it was a period of great chaos, I learnt the most about myself in my 20s, things that have now made my 30s much more enjoyable. 🙂

Happy 31st! Age is just a number and here says the 35+ old me. 😉 I think I became who I’m in my 30s. While 20s gave me the uncertainty, the 30s shaped me. Ah! That feels like, I need to write a post now 🙂 Have a lovely year, Jayanthy!
