Reading a P.G. Wodehouse book can make anyone lose their senses a little to laughter. The author known for his dry wit brings his presence into our everyday life. I have read “Pigs with Wings” and that’s the beginning of my journey with Woody. Right after his birthday this year (15th October) I am typing this article as a dedication to his works. I enjoyed reading Pigs with Wings and I felt I was in the Blandings Castle during the entire read. Also, I found a special documentary about PGW by BBC. And there were so many movies and episodes in Youtube about Plum and his works.

Do you read Books?

Reading books is something everyone would have done at least once in their life time.. For some its a Hobby and for some its a way to while away their time. Some like reading a E-book and many like reading a hard cover book.. Reading is pleasure anyways! I came across BookSwim, the first online book rental library service which lends you all the latest best sellers and so definitely this is an A- Class opportunity to make the best use of all the books provided by them.

Books- My companion

Library is not just a room of books. Real world and all characters exist in the library and I enjoy visiting my school library when ever I can. When I was at school, I spent so many hours in the library. My school librarian during those times was the best librarian that my school ever had. Mrs. Aruna was very flexible to students and she maintains the library very well. Though I love reading, I enjoyed spending time in the library with my teacher even more. She tells about the new books and she was the one who introduced many of my batch mates as well as me to read The Harry potter series. And it is in fact one among my favorites.

I grew up all the way reading the Nancy drew series and the famous five series. Enid Mary Blyton is till now irreplaceable. Similarly Carolyn Keene also tops my list. I dint catch up much with the hardy boys or secret seven. Famous Five’s character sketching is the best as it was more like meeting virtual people. Sidney Sheldon and Agatha Christie’s books are also in the list.

Now I enjoy reading relationship books by John Gary and some general articles. When it comes to comic characters Galvin and Hobbes tops the list. The best book is surely Tinkle 🙂 It was my best partner during my kinder garden days. 😀 Right now my favorite author is Ruskin Bond and I enjoyed reading his funny side up! :O

A must read classic!

Maintaining a relationship is becoming a difficult task. The increase in the divorce rater proves it. Many people take so much to sustain a relationship, nurturing a relationship is different. In the process they tend to lose their ownselves. Without minding much about their own needs or their own dreams or their own self, some people offer help to their partners thinking that they are helping their partners. But one has to understand that losing one’s identity in a relationship can never make the relationship better. It may seem like its good outside but there is no point in wearing a mask in a relationship.

The in-thing in a relationship is being your true self. Taking the effort to impress a person means so much. First of all, a person takes efforts to impress the other person only because he/she is already impressed by them. It takes two to tango. The best relationship advice can be found in John Gary’s relationship books. It sounds better to tell them as personal experiences which we fail to share(some) with our partner thinking that it might hurt our partner.

Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus is a modern classic and the perfect relationship book to spice up any couple’s relationship. After reading a couple of chapters I understood the true meaning of SPACE in a relationship.. This is best suited for one’s partner. A must read classic.
