Blazing Fire

When we sit and talk,

It is like a blazing fire,

Rising to the ceiling,

Slowly burning down every worry,

Provoking tears of joy,

Hidden safely in a burdened heart.

Life showed us each other,

At the most unexpected times,

With a thousand doubts we started a journey,

With that ray of hope shining so bright,

Breaking our walls, we have survived.

Though we don’t make the perfect lemonades,

When life throws lemons at us,

I am glad we love the ones we make,

With a spoon of sugar for me

And a pinch of salt for you,

Making us understand our differences in the easiest way.

Life is tough with you,

Since you make me strive harder,

By kicking up my sweetly sleeping soul,

With your sweet yet determined words,

That push me slowly out of my comfort zone,

And rise up to who I really want to be!

Thanking you is the hardest thing to do,

For no one can hate you and love you as much as I do,

In all the years I have known you,

And for many more that is to come,

I will be there by your side,

To annoy you and love you a bit more than what I already do!

Life today isn’t what it was

Before a couple of years,

With pain engulfing me,

Not knowing what the next turn is about to bring.

From being the confused soul

To becoming the firm believer,

I have been through it all,

To understand I belong with you!

We stayed away,

To know what it really means,

We walked away because

We didn’t want to hurt each other.

Though we knew it from the beginning,

We are meant to be,

We had been through enough,

To believe in this sweet ecstasy.

When we let things be,

And broke our walls,

We found each other,

And laughed at our choice.

We married with blessings from all,

A splendid surprise after a long haul,

As Man and Wife our journey began,

Enjoying each moment as much as we can.

Even as Life twists and turns,

And even now some words burn,

You and I walk together,

Making this is our package altogether.

The arrival of our bundle of joy,

Has made us laugh more and enjoy,

All her giggles and snuggles,

Is more than enough to make her our new Valentine.

Watching the shadow play in our room,

Moving forward and backward,

I am swaying to a song in my mind,

Thinking about our Love and our dance together!

Can It Get Any Lonelier?

A room full of gifts and pictures,

Bright and grand,

But all I ever did was sat in a corner,

Gazed into the ceiling and thought what you were doing?

I thought my lonely days were over,

When you came into my life,

Why does it get more lonelier

when you are not on my side?

Nights as I know were meant to rest an exhausted me,

But as every thought settles and calms,

I miss thee!

A bed so big,

Suddenly seems lonely than ever,

As I lie on it all I could think of is

it would fit you right!

I never knew I could cherish pain,

I never knew I could relate with god and love till you came,

I never knew you will break my walls and we can see each other without fear,

I believed in heart over head,

But followed head over heart and failed in my dreams,

You made me follow my heart,

Not just once!

You’ve made me love Love itself!

I smiled at that thought,

There is hope, for a tomorrow with you,

There is faith, to see you straight,

There is strength, to fight till the end,

There is belief, to hold on to you,

There is courage, to stand by you,

I have to believe that I will wake up tomorrow

so that I could join your hands soon!

Death stay away,

for I’m waiting to join my man!

To live with him and then to die!

Hold my hands!

Walk with me!

We’ll walk our land of dreams together!

Together we can grow and be there for each other!

Playing all the time,

Being there for each other now and forever!

Maintaining a relationship is becoming a difficult task. The increase in the divorce rater proves it. Many people take so much to sustain a relationship, nurturing a relationship is different. In the process they tend to lose their ownselves. Without minding much about their own needs or their own dreams or their own self, some people offer help to their partners thinking that they are helping their partners. But one has to understand that losing one’s identity in a relationship can never make the relationship better. It may seem like its good outside but there is no point in wearing a mask in a relationship.

The in-thing in a relationship is being your true self. Taking the effort to impress a person means so much. First of all, a person takes efforts to impress the other person only because he/she is already impressed by them. It takes two to tango. The best relationship advice can be found in John Gary’s relationship books. It sounds better to tell them as personal experiences which we fail to share(some) with our partner thinking that it might hurt our partner.

Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus is a modern classic and the perfect relationship book to spice up any couple’s relationship. After reading a couple of chapters I understood the true meaning of SPACE in a relationship.. This is best suited for one’s partner. A must read classic.
